Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 24, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service form a legal agreement between you and Rylor regarding access to and interaction with the application and related platform services.

Opening an account, browsing content, uploading material, or otherwise interacting with the Service confirms acceptance of this agreement. If these conditions are not acceptable to you, access and use must end immediately.

2. Service Description

Rylor operates a digital community platform focused on curated visual content and user participation. Features, tools, and interface elements may be added, adjusted, paused, or removed as the Service evolves.

Availability is not guaranteed in all regions, on all devices, or at all times. Maintenance periods, technical outages, and product changes may temporarily affect access.

3. User Responsibilities & Conduct

Use of the Service is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using the platform, you state that you meet this age requirement.

All users must interact lawfully and respectfully. The following conduct is prohibited:

  • Any activity that violates applicable law or regulation;
  • Harassment, threats, hate speech, impersonation, or abusive behavior;
  • Distribution of malicious code, unauthorized scripts, or harmful files;
  • Attempts to disrupt system integrity, bypass safeguards, or gain unauthorized access.

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account credentials. Breach of these rules may result in content removal, restricted access, suspension, or permanent account closure.

4. Intellectual Property

The application, software, branding, structure, and original platform materials are owned by Rylor or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

A limited, revocable, non-transferable permission is granted for personal, non-commercial use of the Service in accordance with these Terms. Except where legally required, copying, modifying, selling, republishing, decompiling, or reverse engineering any part of the platform is not permitted.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rylor disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Rylor does not warrant uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, or error-free performance. You assume all risk connected with use of the platform and any reliance on available content.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rylor and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses related to your use of, or inability to access, the Service.

This limitation includes, without limitation, damages for lost profits, data loss, business interruption, reputational impact, and procurement of substitute services, even where the possibility of such damage has been identified.

7. Account Termination

Rylor may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, or limit platform access when conduct appears to violate these Terms, poses risk to users, or threatens platform security.

Such action may be taken with or without advance notice when appropriate. You may stop using the Service at any time by discontinuing access and, where applicable, deleting your account.

8. Terms Modification

From time to time, these Terms may be revised to reflect legal, operational, or technical changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Use of the Service after revised Terms become effective indicates acceptance of the updated conditions. You should check this page periodically for current terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.

If resolution is not reached, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Singapore in English, and the arbitration decision may be enforced by any court with proper jurisdiction.
